You can place your order 3 ways:
  1. Order directly online.  We accept credit cards and checks. All information is encrypted and cannot be shared with anyone, not even myself.  Personal information goes directly through your bank, and once payment is cleared, I get an email confirmation and your order is filled and shipped.
  2. You can submit your order via email and again pay online via paypal.  My email address for paypal is scentsbysassee@gmail.com.  Once confirmation is received, you will receive a confirmation from me and your order will be shipped.
  3. You can also mail in your order and payment to:

Please note that there will be a $35.00 fee for any check that is returned. 


Shipping/Policies

 The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the particular time of year and how busy we are.  If any item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.  Typically customers should expect that we will ship within 2-3 buisness days after payment is received.   Merchandise will be shipped using USPS or Ground Service where possible.  Orders that are shipped Fed Ex or UPS should have a physical address.

Damaged Shipments must be reported to us within 2 business days.  Make sure you keep all packaging and damaged products exactly as you found it.  The carrier will pick up the damaged package and items after we file a claim with them.


Permission for any return and defective merchandise must be authorized by us. For questions about returning merchandise simply contact us. No returns will be authorized after 7 days from the receipt of shipment. Once a return has been authorized by us.

  1. Return the item(s) to the address given to you by us.
  2. Make sure your contact info. and order number are included.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.   Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.  We will only refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
